Refund policy

Because we sell perishable, temperature‑sensitive chocolate products, we maintain strict refund and replacement policies to protect product quality.

1. Final Sale Policy

All edible products are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives in unacceptable condition:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order number + clear photos of:

    • Packaging

    • Exterior shipping box

    • Product condition

  3. We will review and may issue a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Melted items due to customer absence at delivery, shipping delays, or incorrect addresses are not covered.

3. Shipping Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather or heat exposure

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions.
