Our company takes pride in being an ethically sourced and operated company. All the products we use are Kosher/Halal Certified and our chocolates are ethically sourced, making sure there is no child labor or unfair wages involved.

All our bars are made fresh-to-order with fresh perishable ingredients. With that being said, most of our bars have shelf lives of 5 weeks up to 8 weeks; all storage and freshness instructions are listed in product descriptions.

Ambient room temperature between 68-72F is great, but if you like firmer textures, the fridge is where it’s at! All storage and freshness instructions are listed in product descriptions

That is completely up to preference!

All our in-house curated fillings are made preservative free in small batches to ensure quality. We pride ourselves in having a short natural shelf life and using imported ingredients from different countries, such as Italy, France, and Greece. We also use different types of high quality couverture French, Belgian, and Singaporean chocolates that are ethically sourced.

Rubies are Velve Chocolate’s frozen fruit snack collection. They are different flavors of frozen stuffed organic raspberries enrobed in different types of couverture chocolates.

Currently, our company does not offer international shipping, but we do offer nationwide shipping. We are working on offering international shipping soon!

We ship out all of our bars from Monday-Wednesday to ensure no chocolates are spent in the warehouse over the weekend days

Yes! We have a specific section in your cart section where you can add a custom note free of charge and choose to mark the order as a gift.
